The easiest way for you to see your doctor of your choice is to make an appointment. Our doctors make every effort to see appointments as close to time as possible, however; unavoidable delays can occur when our doctors must attend to a patient to provide urgent medical attention.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we would appreciate if you could please notify our reception staff at least 2 hours prior to your appointment time.
Please inform the receptionist at the time of booking if you may require an extended appointment.

Home visits are available exclusively for regular patients of the practice within a 5km radius who cannot attend due to their medical condition. These visits are arranged in consultation with your GP and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact our reception staff for more information.

We always welcome patient feedback and would love to hear from you. Please feel free to talk to your doctor or contact Dijana our Practice Manager on the practice phone number.
You may prefer to write to us. We take your concerns, suggestions and complaints seriously.
We are committed to addressing complaints swiftly and fairly. Should you remain dissatisfied with our response, you may reach out to the Health Complaints Commissioner (HCC). The HCC handles complaints about health services and the management of health information in Victoria. Their service is free, confidential, and impartial.
To file a complaint with the HCC, submit an online complaint form at or call 1300 582 113 to discuss your concerns.
